Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Account Reconciliation, Human Resources, Company Insurance and Vehicle Management, and Daily Office Routine.
Accounts Payable
Enter bills, job cost when necessary. Pay bills when due.
Accounts Receivable
Create invoices/sales receipts as jobs are done/collected. Process customer payments and make deposits. Process client statements.
Payroll
Enter employee time into client service records. Process time into Quickbooks for payroll. Figure salesman and crew commissions. Process payroll, pay payroll taxes, and other payments.
Account Reconciliation
Checking, Credit cards, and Trade accounts.
Human Resources
Process new hires and all paperwork. Process health insurance enrollments and terminations. Employment management and record keeping.
Miscellaneous duties
Assist with answering phones and scheduling jobs.
Processing company e-mails.
Process company insurance paperwork and keep updated.
Type arborist reports, letters, etc. when needed.
Keep records and registrations current for company vehicles / equipment.
Hourly Rate: Depends on experience
Health Insurance: Employee coverage, dependents additional, Aflac available.
Paid Time-Off: 40 hours (90 days thru 2 years), 80 hours (after 3 years)
Holidays: 6 paid holidays
Waiting Period: 3 months for PTO time and health insurance

ArborPro is now hiring three friendly people to walk neighborhoods in areas reasonably close to where they live and set appointments to help people take care of their tree work needs. These positions full time, with flexible minimum of 30 hours. We are also going to hire for three part time positions. Although not required, the most successful appointment setters work part of their hours in the early evenings and Saturday mornings, which is when the most people are home. Even if you don't know anything about trees, we will train and get you going very quickly. Compensation is a small daily base pay and generous commissions. Ensures that all tree care work is performed in accordance with industry and company safety standards. General understanding of financial aspects involved with each job. Looking for an expirienced climber with leadership abilities.
Spray Technician
Must have a understanding of all chemicals used, and must be familiar with spray equipment in order to work safely and efficiently.
Business Developer/Estimator
Strong communication skills will be required. Employee must be polite and respectful with customers and work out a fair price for the work involved. Must have a good understanding of the financial aspects of all jobs. Must uphold our standards for high customer service and satisfaction.
