Tree Care Services

Arbor Pro Tree Experts has extensive experience in the removal of difficult trees in tight locations. Our Arborists are highly trained in the removing of trees with the most advanced techniques and equipment, so your job can be performed safely and efficiently with great care being taken to avoid impact to your landscape, home and surrounding structures.

Standard Tree Removal Service

When you contract with Arbor Pro Tree Experts for Standard Tree Removal Service, the take down techniques used will depend on the tree's location and the surrounding obstacles to be avoided. Climbing Arborists, boom trunks or cranes may be used. During this process, limbs will be chipped and disposed of, and wood will be cut into firewood lengths and left in place. The final step will be to remove the majority of the debris associated with the tree removal process. If you do not wish to keep the firewood, or give it away to your friends or neighbors, you can contract with Arbor Pro to remove the wood, or we can refer you to individuals or companies interested in firewood that may remove your wood for little to no cost. Take Down Only (Significant Savings!)

This service generally includes ArborPro's Removal Experts getting the tree safely on the ground. This may include the use of technical rigging, direction falling or aerial lift equipment to get the tree safely down. Once on the ground, the tree is left in place with no cutting of limbs or wood.

Some of our customers have also asked us to cut up the larger wood that their personal saws can't handle and to grind the stump belowg rade. Cost savings compared to Standard Tree Removal Service are significant.

Lowest Impact Tree Removal

This is primarily the same as Standard Tree Removal Service, although additional measures are taken to further reduce the impact to lawn, plants, small structures, building siding, etc. To accomplish this, plywood may be used to protect lawn and building siding from drag marks from limbs being dragged to our wood chippers. Limbs may be cut into smaller sections and carried out to avoid impact to plants and structures. More intensive rigging techniques may be used and barriers may be placed under trees to limit impact of tree sections being lowered or fallen.

Arbor Pro consistently performs this type of removal safely and efficiently without causing additional damage. Stump Removal

We generally recommend grinding out stumps over other available methods. Excavation for stump removal is more expensive and causes more site disturbance. Arbor Pro is equipped to grind stumps of any size. We have stump machines that will access narrow openings and gates for those hard to reach area

Stump Grinding Process

Our stump grinding machines grind stumps to various depths below grade depending on the machine capabilities and any underground obstructions. Stumps are ground into small woodchips and when the process is complete, you are left with a mound of woodchips and loosened soil. This material is usually left on site and frequently used by the landowner for mulch. If requested, the grinding debris can be removed for an additional fee.

Generally, Arbor Pro will coordinate Underground Utility Location Service, if needed. However, private underground utilities, such as irrigation lines, drainage lines, etc., are the responsibility of the property owner. If they are located and marked, they can be avoided.

The tires of the stump grinder can occasionally leave impressions in the landscape -usually soft, wet turf. If this does occur, it usually has minor effect. For a small additional fee, we can cover sensitive areas with plywood to minimize impact.

Wood Lot Management

Wood Lot Management Programs generally include developing both short and long term goals to best suit the client's desired uses for the forest stand. Forest Management practices, such as selective stand thinning, clearing unwanted vegetation, tree planting, etc., are used to achieve these goals over a period of time. Multiple recreation uses, reducing fire potential, creating trails, clearing understory of unwanted vegetation, promoting growth of certain tree species and harvesting timber are common goals.

Root Pruning & Root Barrier Installation

In some situations, root pruning and/or root barrier installation can be performed to contain roots. This service will limit or prevent damage to hardscape, underground utilities, building footings, etc.
